The City
We had a great time, once again, walking all over New York on Wednesday. I let Paul play hookie from school, since I figured he'd learn more from the Metropolitan Museum of Art than a day at school. Karl, Paul and I took the train from Hamilton station, which is close, and much nicer than the Trenton station. I was on the phone with Ellen, touching base, while we drove past the Port Authority at just the moment she was there, getting into a cab! We arrived at the museum a second before she did. Go figure. We had a great time - she had a bit of frustration with Seth, as he is well ... a toddler. It was wonderful to see the J.M.W. Turner exhibit, as I've always enjoyed his work. I also was particularly taken with some Georgia O'Keefe paintings, and caught a lecture from a docent about her work. There is so much to see, a person could go back again and again.
