Yea. Sarah Palin was fantastic tonight. Once she warmed up, she did very well. She just has to be released to be herself. Imagine the pressure on her - and she rose to the occasion. I've been pretty burned out on the whole political situation lately - mainly the spin that is put on everything, I almost didn't watch the debate. But I knew I had to, because it would be the hot topic at the office tomorrow. But, I was very pleased. One can say that Joe Biden did what he had to do - he didn't say anything stupid, like FDR went on television to talk about the Great Depression, when he wasn't the president at that time, and there was no television - and I guess that was a triumph for him. I did feel a great sympathy for him when he spoke of the death of his wife - I think that genuineness is what makes people like him. But, my admiration for her has not been diminished.
