Karl is coming for a visit!! I'm so excited. Bought the tickets for a Sept. 16 to 21 visit. Not many days, but it is all he can afford to take off of work. I'll take some time off, although with the paper back to weekly publication schedule, that it more difficult. I'm going to suggest a beach day on the 20th, as the water will still be warm; and that he and I do a day in the City on our own, while Paul is in school. He also wants to take a day and go in on his own. We'll go to Freehold to see Ellen. It will be so fun. Yea.

Talked to both John and Barb King. It is marvelous to make the connection again, after Barb and I worked together at the Wyoming Tribune-Eagle and became friends. John, an Episcopal priest, is Paul's godfather. We just talked as if we had chatted last week. That's the sign of a true friend - you can pick up and talk from the heart no matter what. God is good.
