To the general populace:
I'm drowning in tomatoes and peaches. The former was anticipated and it is such good luck that I've discovered the joys of salsa making. The latter, is due to a miscalculation on my part on how quickly peaches will ripen. Ellen won't be here until Saturday ... the peaches are in the fridge ... let's hope they are still good enough to can by then!
