Sometimes it just pays to step outside at dusk ...
Last night, The Man was headed to the pasture - this time, to spray for noxious weeds, so, as usual, I tagged along. At the end of our spraying operation, there was a rather loud bang, then a hissing noise, then curse words that I can't repeat here, as we were out at the far end of the pasture - with a flat tire! He hustled up to the road, determined we were too far from the house to drive there, and (of course, he always has a spare), he changed the tire. Being pretty much useless, I took photos. The one above, was taken during the tire changing operation. Then, we drove home, which is close, and the second one was taken then, from the front yard, actually looking down the lane to the west. What amazes me is how much the light changed in just a few moments. It is a lesson to get away from the TV and go outside to see what you can see!
