Cheyenne Frontier Days today - Paul rode all the rides, I bought a couple of gifts, and a hat to keep in the car because I continually need one. Frontier Days seems to be bigger - more vendors, for example. I am continually impressed that a town that is as small as Cheyenne can put on such a great event year after year.

Clean-up photo - Here's a photo that should have been posted a couple of days ago - Paul outside the house in Divide, Colo., where he was born. The house is basically the same, but main differences are the fence and the awning.

Coming back to Cheyenne was very emotional for me. A big part of me says we never should have left Cheyenne, but then I reflect on all the good things that happened on the east coast, and I know I wouldn't be in the good situation I'm in now, either. All in all, I have to trust in God. Also today, we went by the old house and I wasn't as upset as I thought I'd be - it looks OK - and we visited my former mother-in-law's grave.

So far, a good visit. Tonight a good friend has generously offered to let us stay with her - and it should be a great evening!
